The customer service and the reception was very friendly, I haven't met such a high Customer service level much in Cambodia at other places, they are very helpful. Hot water and water pressure was very good in the shower. The bed was comfortable, good mattress

Staff very friendly and spoke great English which was very helpful for us. We got upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which was lovely. We stayed here overnight before continuing our travels. Good location, easy to grab a tuktuk. Shops/restaurants within walking distance.

1-Staff is friendly and really there help to in my stay at the hotel 2-Breakfast: was nice I can try the taste of local people. There three main dishes to choose 3-The room is good, especially the bed really for me is so comfortable to sleep. What I like is the price is good and the view of the mountain and city from the room balcony.

Tasty breakfast (now they have 3 options - western, local, Chinese), comfortable bed, nice city view especially on the roof where breakfast is served. We appreciate nice bag as the gift for the VIP client membership . Swimming pool at the hall, friendly english speaking personnel on the reception.

Receptionist was so friendly and ready support us anytime. She can speak English, Chinese very well. There was a problem with my bathroom and they changed another room for us. The price was reasonable.

Friendly staff and very helpful and determine about guest. Yeah they even help you save your budget as well the property have price option for your long stay. Which i think it's good and benefits me a lot.
